Welcome to the IKGA Website! I hope you will find just what you’re looking for here, whether it’s educational information, IKGA logo items, forms, a breeder close to you, or a new herd sire! Please check out the links at the left for lots of great resources.

As the second President of the IKGA in its six-year existence, and its first woman President, I realize we have great challenges ahead of us. It is my intention to help move the IKGA forward by helping to serve our members even better than in the past, while remembering what drew us all to become IKGA members in the first place.

We feel that we have the best member-driven goat organization in the world. Our Board of Directors is available by calling our toll-free number. We try very hard to listen to our members suggestions while adhering to the principles on which this great association was founded. Whether you are a commercial breeder producing goat meat, a hobby breeder raising a few goats per year, or somewhere in between, you will find great goats, educational information and friendship within our membership. We believe that the Kiko Difference will improve your herd, no matter what your production goals.

Take advantage of the educational opportunities available at our yearly Kikofest event, and on this website. Learn about "best practices" for the economical production of meat, how to evaluate the productivity of your does, and keeping the "right" data to compute Expected Progeny Differentials for your goats, and much more.

I would like to ask that all of our members try to contribute to the efforts of the IKGA in some way—from putting up a calendar at your local feed store, to volunteering to fill a committee position—The IKGA is what YOU, the members make of it. With your help, we will remain
