The Kiko EPD Program


A cooperative project between the International Kiko Goat Association (IKGA)
and the American Kiko Goat Association (AKGA)

Expected Progeny Differences (EPDs) do several important things for a Kiko breeder:

1. Provide insight into how your herd performance compares to a national average
    for the Kiko breed

2. Determine which sires and dams in your herd have the best performance genetics

3. Help guide your breeding decisions and selection of replacement stock

4. Enhance the marketability of your goats!
